Dispatch Times
All orders placed before 11am (excluding Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays) will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed after the cut-off on Friday and over the weekend will begin processing on the following Monday. Please note, during peak periods such as sales or public holidays, same-day dispatch may not be applicable due to high order volumes.

Within USA

• Standard Shipping:

  • Free for orders over $80
  • Flat rate of $8 for orders under $80
  • Delivery within 5-12 business days

Delivery Conditions

• Delivery times are stated in business days.
• All parcels require a signature upon delivery with authority to leave. If the recipient authorizes delivery without a signature, HiDREAM cannot be held liable for any missing parcels and will not issue refunds or replacements.
• Generally package will be shipped via YunExpress.

Stolen Parcels

• Customers are responsible for providing a safe and secure shipping address. HiDREAM is not liable for stolen or missing parcels once delivered to the nominated address.

• Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Once dispatched, address details cannot be altered. Resending due to incorrect addresses will incur standard postage rates.
• Once shipped, products become the responsibility of the purchaser. HiDREAM will not provide replacements or refunds for products lost or damaged in transit.
